Over the years Integrity 1st has kept our cars safe and running, but have offered options and found solutions to keep the repairs within our budget. A number of teachers had recommended them to my wife years ago and I've never been disappointed with Integrity's work.

It is so comforting to know that I can trust my car to the guys at the Carrollton location. They are always able to service my car right away even without an appointment. Alvin, the manager, goes above and beyond for my car. He makes sure all the fluids are always topped off and that all the maintenance is done. He does extra things for my old car. They don’t miss a thing. They do excellent work, they are always friendly and I would recommend them to everyone.

I highly recommend Albis and the team in Carrollton. I’ve been in three times in the last few months with various issues on my Honda Civic, and they were able to fit me in day-of or the following day. Most recently I bought new spark plugs at a brick and mortar store and tried to change them myself, but I wasn’t able to. I brought the spark plugs into Integrity 1st, and the team changed out them at no charge. It goes to show they make an effort to build relationships with their customers and take care of them.
