Over the years Integrity 1st has kept our cars safe and running, but have offered options and found solutions to keep the repairs within our budget. A number of teachers had recommended them to my wife years ago and I've never been disappointed with Integrity's work. We also have a number of teenagers now, so Integrity has kept our whole "fleet" running! They're good people!

So to start off I already have a mistrust of mechanics from the past. HOWEVER, this specific auto shop (Carrollton location) has gone above and beyond with their service and really helped me through a very frustrating time! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! They really care about the customer in making sure they get up and running. I love it even more that they work with you when it comes to payment, they help you in any way they can. I had transmission replacement, oil change, and a catalytic converter replacement for those wondering. They even talked with the dealership on my behalf to really figure out what exactly was wrong. I don't think I'd be able to go to any other mechanic after all the help I received from them. Thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart! You guys really went the extra mile for me and I'm extremely grateful!

I came in this morning to get my brakes checked out and was blown away by the service I received! As a young woman who knows nothing about cars, I’m always nervous to get work done as I’m always worried people will take advantage of how little I know, but Shah was SO friendly and walked me through exactly what the problems were with my car and made sure the cost to fix it was more than fair. It only took them a couple of hours to get all of the work done, too. Integrity 1st will definitely be my new go-to place for my car needs.
