WORST EXPERIENCE! Went in yesterday because I had a 1pm appointment, got there and was told that they wouldn't get to my car for another 3 hours because they were down two technicians, so I was told to come back today at 8am. I did an was treated with the most disrespect by that same man, so much so that I walked out and will be taking my business elsewhere. They should change their name because they have ZERO integrity. Find someone else and skip them.

Amazing service! My dad took my car to get an inspection and he said the owner was nice and very helpful. Definitely going here again!

Albis was absolutely wonderful Just needed a small repair and although they were very busy he got me in and taken care of within minutes. Very nice place and great service I definitely will be back here with my car needs .

Integrity 1st in Carrollton, Tx provided better repair service on my vehicle than service I received in the past from the local 5 Star Chevrolet dealership. Albis Valverde provided professional, courteous, and quick service at reasonable prices. I recommend this place.

I brought my car to Integrity 1st because no one could figure out how to fix my car. After spending around $2000 at several garages and the dealer I was fortunate to land at Integrity. They have an innate curiosity about how things work or why they don’t, and they didn’t give up until they figured it out. I recommend them enthusiastically, without reservation!
