Excellent service at the best cost you would get anywhere in Dallas. The owner, Mr. Shah would make sure you are well taken care of. The staff is very knowledgeable. I have tried multiple shops in Dallas/ Carrollton area, but have found Integrity 1st to be the best. Highly recommend.

These guys are solid. Quality service and great price. One time I saw them go through impressive lengths to accommodate the lowest price they could for a mother of five, to help her family out.

I was recommended this place by someone in church. I was given insane estimate by ntb and firestone and roughly 30% cheaper. They were honest and actually told me that some of the diagnosis was incorrect. They lived up to their name. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Just get a second opinion from them.

This is a no-nonsense environment, and the idea is to save every dime for you, instead of squeezing them out. I have never had to wait long there, nor did my car ever suffer from another 'malady' other than the ones I had comes in for. I'd readily recommend this place to anyone.

Great place. Top notch customer service. Finding something wrong with your vehicle and bringing it in for repairs is never a pleasant experience. However, team members at Integrity makes the experience much better. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend this place.
