Very nice place . Best of the best customer service. Very honest and courteous which is rare to find in the repair industry nowadays. Highly recommend him to anyone . You will never go wrong and it's like giving a nice treat to your car. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend it.

hen no one else could fix my issue INTEGRITY-1ST pulled it off. Incredible service at an even better price. I had paid more money for brakes plus to tell me they couldn't find out what was wrong. After that I went to INTEGRITY-1ST AUTOMOTIVE and they found out what was wrong with no problems at all. My truck hasn't driven this good ever. I and blown away with how good the service way. I was visiting Dallas for the first time, driving from Winnipeg. While i was driving i had an issue where my vehicle started to vibrate horrible. Somehow i manage to reach dallas. I asked my uncle to take me to an Automotive shop and there i meat Mr. Shah. What an outstanding service i got from him. I did an oil change and vibration an issue, and honestly he did all the things for free by saying you are my guest. I don't have words to say thanks to me so i thought to leave a detailed note to appreciate his services provided to me. Mr. Shah, you are truly gentlemen, a true professional and easy person to deal with. You pointed out the issue exactly and charged nothing, which i have never seen anyone doing. Mr. Shah again, you are great. Thank you and for sure i will highly recommend you to others as well. Thank you.

great service reasonable price & good attitude.

This place was great. I called short-notice and they squeezed me in. I had a feeling I knew what the issue with my vehicle was and the team at Integrity confirmed. Their prices were definitely reasonable (parts were not marked up by a significant amount, they were marked up a bit, but I'm guessing they're working with a supplier in the immediate area) and the work was honest. Best part about this place is they really try to make sure that the parts being replaced are warrantied. I've honestly never felt more comfortable handing my car over to a mechanic before. Seriously. Thanks to Hank and Shah for the hard work, excellent communication, and prompt delivery of service. I will be using your company for any future maintenance concerns on the vehicles for our family.

They are always friendly and helpful, and they get my car in and out as quickly as possible. They never overcharge me or suggest unnecessary services just to make more money. I always choose to take my car here over other places whenever I can.
